Each blogger was mailed complimentary sauces to use. Miller’s sauces have so much flavor, well balanced with sweet and spicy ingredients with the banana pepper being the star.
The line up is your usually suspects going from mild heat to hot to habanero. I love spice and find all of the sauces very balanced according to their title.
Miller’s Sweet & Spicy Banana Pepper Hot Sauce is a winning sauce for the scovie awards multiple years. This sauce is spicy enough but great for those who want to experiment with more heat.
To create a pickled deviled egg you need a brine. I used water, vinegar, pickling spices, red onions and Miller’s Sweet & Spicy Banana Pepper Habanero Sauce. Simmered to develop the brine, then cooled.
The boiled egg whites are placed in the cooled brine and allowed to marinate for 6-8 hours or overnight for a very pickled flavor.
After brining the boiled egg white halves, remove and allow to drain on a paper towel. Be sure to save some of the pickled red onion slivers to garnish with at the end. The deviled egg mixture is a blend of mayonnaise, boiled egg yolks, mustard, spices and more Miller’s Sweet & Spicy Banana Pepper Habanero Sauce.
Once the egg yolk mixture is smooth, fill each pickled egg white, sprinkle with paprika, minced chives and a pickled red onion sliver. You will have fun surprising your guests with this delicious spin of deviled eggs. Enjoy!!

Miller’s Sweet & Spicy Curry Pickled Deviled Eggs
Makes 24 pieces
Pickled Egg Whites:
1 dozen boiled eggs, peeled
2 cups water
1 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup red onion, sliver cuts
1/4 cup Miller’s Sweet & Spicy Banana Pepper Habanero Sauce
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 teaspoons pickling spice
2 teaspoons kosher salt
Curry egg filling:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons curry powder
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons Miller’s Sweet & Spicy Banana Pepper Habanero Sauce
2 teaspoons paprika for garnish
2 tablespoons chive, minced
Make the pickling brine in a sauce pan, add in the water, vinegar, red onions slivers, Miller’s Sweet & Spicy Banana Pepper Habanero Sauce, turmeric, pickling spice and kosher salt. Heat over low heat for several minutes to dissolve salt and blend ingredients. Allow to cool.
Cut each egg in half length wise. Remove the yolk and set aside. Add the boiled egg white halves in a container and pour the brine over and store in the refrigerator. Allow to marinate for 6-8 hours or overnight for a very pickled flavor.
In a food processor, add in the egg yolks, mayonnaise, curry powder, mustard, garlic powder and Miller’s Sweet & Spicy Banana Pepper Habanero Sauce. Blend until smooth. Scoop filling into a piping bag or a plastic ziplock bag. Snip the tip off the bag and have it ready to fill the pickled whites!
Remove the pickled whites and place on a paper towel to drain. Remove some of the pickled red onion and cut into small pieces to garnish the deviled eggs.
Once the whites are drained and dry, fill each with the sweet and spicy banana pepper filling. Sprinkle with paprika, minced chives and a sliver of pickled red onion.
