#betterwithmillers #millersrecipechallenge #anythingbutbland
You may have guessed that I do love seafood and shrimp is one of them. The food bloggers Miller’s Banana Pepper Sauce recipe challenge that I am a part of (1 of 30 bloggers chosen) continues and so I respectfully decided to create another shrimp dish. These skewers are so incredible easy and tropical in flavor. This recipe is an entry for their Game Day/ Entertainment category. Miller’s was generous enough to send each blogger jars of each of their sauces.
READY, SET, GO!
What’s the challenge and what do I win?
ONE GRAND PRIZE WINNER: $1,000 CASH PRIZE
ONE GAME DAY/ENTERTAINING WINNER: $500 CASH PRIZE
ONE HEALTHY/ENTRÉE WINNER: $500 CASH PRIZE
The sauces have a nice variety of levels of heat. You can read more about the sauces on Miller’s website, You can also order them online.
Who doesn’t want to win an award for their product or efforts? I understand fully how incredible it is to win an award. Miller’s has won the scovie awards multiple times. Making products from the heart, leads to a reward like no other.
After the skewers are assembled and brush with Miller’s Sweet & Spicy Banana Pepper Habanero Sauce, heat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake 9-10 minutes but brush more sauce on halfway . The sweet and spicy banana pepper sauce goes so well with the sweet fresh pineapple. Because the skewers are not baked for long, the bell peppers retain their crisp texture. These skewers can be served hot or at room temperature. FYI, you certainly could make these for a dinner and serve it with a side salad and rice. Enjoy!
