BBQ Peach Mango Salsa Beans & Smokies
#desertpepperrecipechallenge #desertpeppertradingco #desertpeppersalsa
I might be old school but I think I’m part of the cool group when it comes to party food. I grew up on baked beans and little smoky sausages. Most of the time they were cooked in full on BBQ sauce. This recipe is for a Game Day/Party recipe entry for the Dessert Pepper Trading Company Bloggers Recipe Challenge using their Peach Mango Salsa. It adds a spicy sweetness to the sauce.
I am on of 38 bloggers to be chosen to compete in this tasty recipe challenge. The company sent each blogger jars of their Medium Salsa, Chili Con Queso and Peach Mango Salsa.

This recipe is so fast and easy. Combine all of the ingredients into a baking casserole dish or your slow cooker. Let the ingredients bubble and bake until well combined and hot and saucy. Serve at the game day food buffet and let the fun begin.
If you choose to bake the casserole dish in the oven, bake at 350 degrees for a least an hour to an hour and a half. I like to go in and stir it every now and then to keep the ingredients well combined. If you choose to use a slow cooker, add all of the ingredients to the liner of the slow cooker and heat on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
