Easy Persimmon Bread

Easy Persimmon Bread is just that, easy to make. The wonderful surprise to this recipe is the use of seasonal persimmons. This variety is called Hachiya. Easy to peel and lots of pulp. Use a fork to mash the persimmon down to a smoother pulp. The recipe will make two loaves or 4 full mini loaves. 🙂
